–My name is Esmaeel. I am from Russia.
–In Mali, we didn’t have mourning ceremony [for Imam Hossein] until 40 years ago. But thanks to the Islamic revolution of Iran, we got to know Hossein. And each year, we hold a mourning ceremony in the month of Muharram.
–In Latin America, in addition to Shi’as, followers of other religions also take part in mourning for Imam Hossein.
–Chinese Muslims care a lot for the month of Muharram, and they commemorate it with holding mourning parades and giving votive offerings.
–In Malaysia, unfortunately, Saudis and Zionists are very influential, and mourning ceremonies for Imam Hossein are held with restriction.
–In this conference, 400 seminarians from Al Mustafa University are here from more than 40 countries of the world.
