[Taftan Airline manager is apologizing to some mullahs who had missed their flight from Zahedan to Tehran, due to saying their morning prayers at the airplane stair.]

 Acting manager of Taftan Ariline says: In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful. I am Haghighi, acting manager of Taftan Ariline. After greetings, let me first congratulate all the military personnel for the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army Day. Today something happened that unfortunately upset some of our dear passengers. Hereby I apologize to each and every one of them, and will explain what happened.

Acting manager of Taftan Ariline explains what had happened: Today due to Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army Day and the Army’s ceremony and air parade coinciding with commercial flights at Mehrabad Airport, Mehrabad’s flights were going to be suspended for 6:30 am to noon. That is why Taftan Airline decided to conduct its flights before the appointed time so that the dear passengers reach at their destination at the right time to get to their own daily businesses.

He continued: The flight was scheduled to arrive in such a way that our dear passengers would have half an hour to say their morning prayers. Meanwhile, the departure time of the flight from Zahedan was before the call to prayer in the morning. And passengers naturally had the opportunity to say their prayers both during the flight and after reaching Tehran. But, unfortunately, some of our dear passengers missed their flight.

Acting manager of Taftan Ariline apologizes again: And hereby I do apologize to each and every one of these dear passengers. Even though there had been enough time to say prayer in Tehran, and even the pilot had told them that they could say their prayers during the flight at a proper place that had been prepared for them, the flight time had been before the call to prayer, and a number of our dear passengers missed their flight.

He orders to give them full refund and free tickets, and promises them special treatment on their return flight: Hereby I do apologize to each and every one of these passengers. I have ordered to give all of them refunds for their tickets. Also, we offer them free tickets that they can use in all Taftan’s flights from any departure point to any destination. On their return flight, when these dear passengers will be flying with Taftan Airline again, there will be a very special reception for them. And each and every airline official at Mehrabad Airport will welcome them on board and apologize to them for what has happened. And we hope that we will have better and more appropriate flights for all our dear passengers again in future. Again, I do apologize to each and every one of our dear passengers personally and on behalf of the airline. I beg them to pray for us.
